Outdoor Event Requirements:
_ Our staff and animal ambassadors love participating in outdoor events. Given optimal weather conditions mostly pertaining to temperature. We cannot attend outdoor events if it is below 55 degrees or above 85 degrees. Please keep in mind, when booking Summer events early morning or evening (before dark) is the ideal time to schedule an event. We prefer not to schedule events during the hottest times of the day. We are equipped with misters, canopies, coolers/ice, extension cords and fans. Water and electrical access will be required.

Deposit and Payment:
To book and reserve your event we require a deposit of $50.00. This non-refundable deposit goes toward the total cost of your program. Please understand your events time and date is Not reserved until we receive your deposit. Deposits can be mailed in form of a money order, accepted through PayPal or paid in person. The remaining balance will be paid upon completion of your program via cash or money order. Out of respect and thoughtfulness for our animal ambassadors we only schedule one event per day not to exceed 4 hours. An additional fee of $75.00 applies for any groups over 60 people.
Mileage: We travel up to 20 miles from our location without charge. Each mile over 20 miles will be an additional $2.00 per mile. Calculated through Google Maps.
Animal Ambassador Attendance:
Please also understand occasionally our animal ambassadors do not feel up to participating that day, they may be shedding, molting or just plain grouchy! We will not force them to participate. We ask that you remain flexible in the species you expect to attend. Our top priority is your safety and the overall well-being of our animals.
For your safety and the well being of our animal ambassadors some species are strictly no contact.
All Events Include:
~Educational Presentation of each species.
~Amazing Photo Opportunities
~Feeding the Animals Healthy Treats (feed is provided by us)
~Our setup includes: (if needed) tables, canopies, pins, sanitation products and treats for the animals.
~Clean-up is provided by our staff.
*Please allow us 15 to 30 minutes before and after each scheduled event. This will give us time to prepare for your program and clean up afterwards. We pride ourselves in providing friendly and respectful service.
Note: Please have all attendees wash their hands before our program begins, thank you!
Louisiana Residents: In compliance with Louisiana law some of our animals will not be allowed to attend programs scheduled to take place in your state.
